CSP is partnering with a reputable, well-established commercial real estate firm in their search for a Leasing Coordinator.
This individual will support the leasing function through the preparation of documentation for proposals, correspondence, and other agreements.
They will maintain the status of leasing activity, tenant contact and broker information and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
The Leasing Coordinator will also manage activity with other internal departments to guarantee efficient and timely leasing process.
They will provide administrative support for and coordination of activities for all members of the Asset Management Team.
